[English - COLOCATION] Hi everyone ! I’m offering a room to rent in a nice flat in Montebello, Lille. The place is 80m², with a wide living room and kitchen fully equipped (oven, fridge, dish washer and clothes washer). There is also a nice balcony in 5th floor for the spring days ;) The flat is located in a secured residence, between the “porte des postes” and “montebello” subways; and just next to the “marché de Wazemmes” ! About me; I’m a 24 years old guy in medicine university. I’m looking for a roommate to share my big flat from JANUARY to MAY-JUNE approximatively. I’m not very present at home, but I’m looking into someone quiet and nice to live with :) The room is to rent for a raisonnable rent of 400 euros per month including taxes and Wi-Fi ! I am waiting for you ! Thomas [COLOCATION] Salut ! Je propose une chambre en sous-location dans un grand appartement à Montbello. Appartement de 80m², salon et cuisine spacieux ; 2 chambres ; bien
