I’m subletting my room in a 3-person flatshare, just a few steps from Bergonié tram stop (Line B).
🛏️ The room is bright and cozy, with its own private bathroom and toilet, fans to keep cool in the summer, and a nice mezzanine chill-out area.
🏡 The flatshare has a warm, respectful, and clean atmosphere — we enjoy spending time together.
This summer, we’re also making use of our basement setup with a TV, which works great as a cool lounge space.
And since we live on a quiet dead-end street, we often have coffee or apéros outside — it feels like having a little terrace!
📅 Available: July 18 to August 31 (flexible dates)
💰 Rent: €490 all included
💳 Deposit: €100, returned at the end of your stay
👤 Ideal profile: someone between 25 and 35 years old
